Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Paro
Welcome and orientation with an introduction to Bhutanese spiritual customs.
Day 2 – Tiger’s Nest Pilgrimage
Morning meditation followed by a guided pilgrimage to Tiger’s Nest Monastery.
Day 3 – Sacred Paro Sites
Visit Kyichu Lhakhang and local monasteries. Time for meditation and reflection.
Day 4 – Paro to Phobjikha Valley
Drive to the serene Phobjikha Valley, known for its open landscapes and spiritual stillness.
Day 5 – Meditation Retreat in Phobjikha
A full day of meditation, mindful walking, and spiritual rest surrounded by pristine nature.
Day 6 – Phobjikha to Bumthang
Travel to Bumthang, the spiritual heartland of Bhutan, home to many of the country’s most sacred temples.
Day 7 – Bumthang Sacred Exploration
Visit Kurjey Lhakhang, Jampa Lhakhang, and other ancient sites linked to Guru Padmasambhava.
Day 8 – Meditation & Rituals
Participate in prayer sessions and meditation practices led by local monks where available.
Day 9 – Return to Paro
