Terms & Conditions

Introduction​

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Phuntshok Gatshel Tours ("we", "us", "the Company") and the traveler ("you", "the Client"). By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Booking & Payment

• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed booking form and the required deposit.

• Full Payment: In accordance with the Royal Government of Bhutan’s regulations, full payment of the tour cost must be received before your visa can be processed and issued.

• Currency: All payments must be made in US Dollars (USD) via bank wire transfer or our authorized secure payment link.

 

Travel Documentation

• Passports: You must possess a passport valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay.

• Visas: Phuntshok Gatshel Tours will process your Bhutanese visa upon receipt of full payment. We are not responsible for entry refusals by immigration authorities due to incorrect information provided by the traveler.

 

Liability & Force Majeure

• While we strive to provide a seamless experience, we are not liable for delays, losses, or expenses caused by weather conditions, flight cancellations, strikes, or other "Acts of God" beyond our control.•Itineraries are subject to change based on local conditions to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
