Refund & Cancellation Policy
Notification of Cancellation
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@phuntshokgatsheltours.com/phuntshokgatsheltours@gmail.com.
The date of receipt of the email will be the official date of cancellation.
Tour Package Cancellation Charges

30 days or more before arrival: 100% refund of the tour cost (minus bank charges and a USD 50 administrative fee).

21–29 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost will be retained.

14–20 days before arrival: 15% of the tour cost will be retained.

7–13 days before arrival: 30% of the tour cost will be retained.

Less than 7 days before arrival or No-Show: No refund will be issued.
Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) & Visa Fees

SDF: The Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) is fully refundable for any cancelled nights prior to arrival in Bhutan.

Visa Fee: The Bhutanese Visa Fee (USD 40) is non-refundable once the visa has been processed.
Flight Cancellations
Cancellations for DrukAir or Bhutan Airlines tickets are subject to the specific refund policies of the airlines. Typically, refunds range from 50% to 90% depending on the notice period.
