Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival & Gentle Grounding
Arrive in Paro and transfer to a peaceful wellness lodge. Evening relaxation with herbal tea and a gentle grounding session to release travel fatigue.

Day 2 – Nature & Mindful Movement
Morning yoga and breathing practice followed by a scenic nature walk. Afternoon spa therapy using natural Himalayan herbs and oils.

Day 3 – Traditional Hot Stone Bath Experience
Experience Bhutan’s renowned hot stone bath, where heated river stones release minerals and healing energy. Evening meditation under the stars.
